What parking and camping options are available?
Camping next to your vehicle is available in both the forest camping and the lower field camping areas. Camping in the woods is on a first come, first serve basis. But no one is allowed to cut down any of the beautiful trees on site to construct a log cabin. Or a house. Or a rondavel. (look it up.)
Will there be a quiet / family camping area?
*Shhhhhh!* speak in your quiet voice…But YES!
Can I use a generator in the quiet camping area? There will be a segmented portion of the quite camping area where QUIET GENERATORS will be allowed.
Are there fees for parking at the event?
None
Are RV spaces available?
The park offers over over 200 RV spaces with electric / water hook up.
There is no fee to bring an RV for boondock use with no power or water. However, due to the impact on the park from the recent storms, this space is extremely limited and we can make no guarantees that space will be available for your use. If you are bringing an RV, we recommend purchasing a power / water RV site.
We highly recommend booking your RV spot in advance. We cannot guarantee a space for anyone arriving at the gate without a pre-reserved space. Your space will be reserved upon purchase of your RV pass. All RV passes must be accompanied by a 3 day admission ticket.
Are restrooms and showers available?
Nah. There are holes in the ground and one big ole’ community garden hose. Just kidding! The park has a Bath House (it’s not a day spa so don’t get too excited,) located in between the 2 stages and another in between the RV & forest camping areas. There are showers located on the ends of the Bath House between the RV & forest camping areas. Porta-pots will be placed throughout the park and cleaned each morning. Because no one likes to enter a ripe, neglected porta-pot.
What are the rules regarding alcohol? And will there be Ice Ice Baby?
You are permitted to bring your own alcohol and ice will be available for purchase all weekend. Alcohol will also be sold at the event at the Bluegrass Cafe located in between the 2 stages.
Are fires permitted?
Fires are permitted at individual campsites in approved fire pits. Firewood is available for sale at the firewood station in the lower corner of the park just beyond the main stage.
