Relevant Information Regarding Volunteering…

How many shifts/hours/days do I work? 

• All volunteers will work 2 shifts. Each shift will be 6 hours and volunteers will be scheduled to work shifts from Thursday thru Sunday at the festival depending on shift assignments. 

Will I be working around the clock without rest? Will I ever see my family again?! 

• Volunteers will work 1 shift per day. 

When do I find out what I’m doing? 

• The Volunteer coordinator will reach out with more details approximately 1 month prior to the festival. Schedules will be emailed approximately 2 weeks prior to the festival. 

Do I get an official uniform? A costume? A CAPE?!! 

• All volunteers will receive an official Whippersnap Volunteer T-Shirt to be worn during shifts. This shirt is to be returned at the end of your 2nd shift. If you would like to keep the shirt after the festival, you can do so at a cost of $10
